Refund policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction, but due to the custom nature of our products, we have a stricter return policy:
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items Only: manufacturing error, damaged product.
• If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect (e.g., not the size ordered or wrong design), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at twilight.tunics@gmail.com.
• Provide your order number, photos and/or video of the issue to help us resolve your concern promptly.
• If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return email with the proper proof, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at twilight.tunics@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
